We respond to emails within one working day. Phone calls are answered Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:30. If you prefer face-to-face, our office is a short walk from Birmingham New Street station, and we have a meeting room that seats eight.

Our office is on the second floor. Ring the buzzer labelled "Futurebound AI" and we'll let you in. Visitor parking is available in the Bahringer Park car park, five spaces reserved for our guests on level 2. The nearest public car park is the Bullring, about a seven-minute walk.
By train, exit Birmingham New Street via the Stephenson Street entrance and walk north-east. By bus, routes 6 and 7 stop within 200 metres of our building.
What happens after you get in touch
Once we receive your enquiry, one of our engineers will review it and respond with initial thoughts. If the project looks like a good fit, we schedule a 45-minute scoping call, free of charge, to discuss your data, goals, and timeline.
After the call, you receive a written proposal within five working days. The proposal includes a clear scope of work, estimated timeline, fixed-price ceiling, and a list of deliverables. No hidden extras, no ambiguous "phase two" add-ons.
If you decide to go ahead, we send a straightforward contract. Our standard terms are plain English, not legalese. Most clients sign within a week and we begin the data discovery phase immediately after.
