Artificial Intelligence that works for your business

We build machine learning models, natural language processing pipelines, and computer vision systems that solve real problems. Based in Birmingham, working with companies across the UK.

What we actually do

Most AI consultancies talk in abstractions. We prefer to talk about the model that cut a logistics company's route-planning time by 38%, or the document classifier that processes 12,000 invoices a day for a Midlands manufacturer. Here are the three areas where we spend most of our time.

Predictive modelling

We train supervised and unsupervised models on your historical data to forecast demand, flag anomalies, or score leads. A typical engagement starts with a two-week data audit, followed by four to six weeks of model development and validation. You get a production-ready API, not a slide deck.

Natural language processing

From intent classification in customer support chatbots to entity extraction in legal contracts, we design NLP systems that understand context. Our models currently handle English, Welsh, and six other European languages for clients in financial services and healthcare.

Computer vision

Quality inspection on production lines, vehicle number-plate recognition for parking operators, damage assessment from drone footage. We use convolutional neural networks and transformer-based architectures, deployed on-premise or in the cloud depending on your latency requirements.

How a project unfolds

Every engagement begins with a scoping call, usually 45 minutes, where we figure out whether AI is even the right tool for the problem. Sometimes it isn't, and we'll say so. We've turned down work where a well-structured SQL query would have done the job.

If the project makes sense, we move into a discovery phase. Our data engineers assess the quality, volume, and accessibility of your datasets. We document gaps and biases before any model training begins, because garbage in really does mean garbage out.

Development happens in fortnightly sprints. You see working prototypes, not progress reports. At handover, we provide full documentation, retraining scripts, and three months of support. After that, we offer ongoing monitoring contracts billed monthly.

Why companies choose us

Server infrastructure powering AI model training

We've been building machine learning systems since 2017. The team includes six engineers, two research scientists, and a project manager who spent a decade in manufacturing before joining us. That mix matters: we understand both the maths and the factory floor.

Our clients tend to be mid-market businesses, 50 to 2,000 employees, who need AI that integrates with existing ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems. We've delivered integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and several bespoke platforms.

Pricing is project-based with a fixed ceiling agreed before work starts. No open-ended retainers, no surprise invoices. A typical predictive-modelling project for a company with clean, structured data runs between £18,000 and £45,000. Complex computer vision work can be higher; we'll give you a detailed breakdown during scoping.

We're based at 71 Bahringer Park, Birmingham B1 1TF, West Midlands, United Kingdom. If you'd rather meet in person, we're a ten-minute walk from New Street station.

Recent results

Three snapshots from the past twelve months.

Retail demand forecasting

A 140-store fashion retailer asked us to reduce overstock waste. We trained a gradient-boosted model on three years of sales, weather, and event data. Overstock dropped 22% in the first season, saving roughly £1.4 million in markdowns.

Contract review automation

A Birmingham law firm processed 800 commercial leases a quarter, each requiring manual clause extraction. Our NLP pipeline now extracts 37 clause types with 94.6% accuracy, cutting review time from 40 minutes to under 5 per document.

Defect detection on packaging lines

A food-packaging company needed to catch label misalignment and seal defects at 120 units per minute. We deployed a real-time vision system using edge GPUs. False-positive rate sits at 0.3%, and the line hasn't shipped a defective case since installation in March 2024.
